Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club took on a number of refurbishments and a new club gym was one of them. Gym Solutions did the full gym fitout on a rainy weekend, which included Life Fitness strength, cardio equipment, used exercise bikes, as well as Gym Rax™ bays for storage of fitness accessories. Not only was it a tight turnaround on time but also on space – once again the boys exceeded the customers’ expectations. The Cronulla SLSC club gym is available to all members, and has a range of strength, resistance and cardio equipment, specifically chosen to complement the training programs set out by their surf sports coaches.
